Winter Skull CapsHelmets have large vents designed to make the helmet lighter and to provide airflow so that the cyclist doesn't overheat. That is great for summer cycling, but not great for riding in cold weather. Winter skull caps are designed to protect your head from wind and to keep your head warm. They are usually made of thermal fabrics that stretch like polypropylene or fleece. They can be designed to cover your ears, or just the top of your head. |
